Never had any problems with it. Box and instructions and all accessories included. Like new. (Bu sac kurutma cihazina bayildim. Seramik taraklari sayesinde her gun kuaforden cikmis gibi oluyordum. Hala Tefal'in garantisi altinda. Cok iyi bir urun. Hic bir sorun cikarmadi. Kutu ve kullanma talimati icinde.)
